Leadership "Icebreaker": Storyline, JavaScript, Cluelabs, Google Sheets

Example of a social-learning tool I use to allow learners to build community and share ideas / experiences in an asynchronous, virtual environment.
ELearning preflection - Learners connect to their own and their peers' existing learning and/or preconceptions, the first step in Gagné's Nine Events. Can use google sheet entries for learner data, e.g. background / experiences.
ELearning reflection - Users deepen learning by reflecting on causality, misconceptions, and connecting to related skills/knowledge. Can use google sheet entries to gather data on comprehension.

Pathfinder Hospitality L&D has given special permission for me to reproduce learning materials I created for them. The voice actor / SME has also given her permission for me to use her superlative performance in my portfolio.

Espionage narrative reinforces learning content while making the video highly entertaining (far more watchable than the vast majority of instructional videos)
Integrates content from SME seamlessly into instruction. The SME who leads the Sales Team told her story and content so well, no one could do it better. I asked her if I could edit the recording of our interview and use it for the sound.
Makes the video more fun and familiar by using real locations in the company's hotels and in the local downtown.

Humorous storytelling through images advances learning goals.
AI voiceover narrator for easy editing later (no problem if the same voice actor is unavailable); required rescripting and testing so as to find phrasing with which the AI voices would sound natural.
