Sales Chatbot: Storyline, JavaScript, Cluelabs, OpenAI

• Free-response, AI-driven scenario-based interaction allows learners to practice recall without supplying answers, a simulation which more closely mimics their on-the-job task. 

• This shortened model does not include all instruction. To succeed with the chatbot, the learner (you, if you try out the course) must, in the course of natural small talk:

  • • Ask if the guest is traveling on business

    • Offer to look for corporate rates if the guest shares the name of his company

• This interaction, built using Cluelabs and JavaScript, is my model for a more realistic simulation (still in progress), using Elevenlabs with OpenAI to create a voice-activated chatbot that responds with voice.
