Sales Chatbot: Storyline, JavaScript, Cluelabs, OpenAI

• Free-response, AI-driven scenario-based interaction allows learners to practice recall without supplying answers, a simulation which more closely mimics their on-the-job task. 

• This shortened model does not include all instruction. To succeed with the chatbot, the learner (you, if you try out the course) must, in the course of natural small talk, discover the guest's company's name by:

  • • Asking if the guest is traveling on business

    • Offering to look for corporate rates 

• This interaction, built using Cluelabs and JavaScript, is my model for a more realistic simulation (still in progress), using Elevenlabs with OpenAI to create a voice-activated chatbot that responds with voice.
